Im building a new cannon using a dust collector valve(thanks matty im gealous)

i dont really have an idea for chamber size, but barrel will be 1 1/2 for golf balls

chamber port is 1 1/2, pilot hole is 1/8,coming out with be a tee one side quick connect and ball valve, other side will be basic blow gun

i was thinking maybe two inch for chamber

Here is what I call a Fill-N-Fire piloting system.
It makes use of a tire inflator from Harbor Freight.
The trigger is used to fill with air and the button on the side is used to fire.

This is simple enough for you Jesse since you thought my other version was complicated.

I'm not sure what kind of barrel material you're using, but be careful with 1.5" - i know for PVC youre going to want sdr 21, not sch. 40 or 80

GGDT.

A 2" chamber will be fine, use GGDT to determine how long it should be. I would think 3' would be enough.

It's only a PVC chamber, not really much you can do with them other people haven't. Besides, anyone who has a straight over-under design is surely copying someone from 25 years ago

I've had heaps of people copy my SGA and VAL chamber designs but I hardly think they're that original or that I should have some 'owndership' over them
