Ben,

I have to admit that I have some of the same questions. We're in the process of doing a straight connector with no convergent section. I'm very eager to see what happens.

Eventually, I'll need to do a CFD analysis as well.

So, it seems that we're on the same page. Whether the nozzle helped is not clear from these tests alone, but I figure he'll finish his next tests soon enough. I'm looking forward to the results.
All spud gun related projects are currently on hold.
