As the barrel i brought was the cheapest posible (@ 0.8 euro /1m) it is also worst barrel posible , so i shoot only by 10 ..just to be sure i hit by 1st fire,,...with a decent barrel as i had before i could of do it by 20 m with no problem...
I use 0.25 g bb's

the initial force that pushes the bb, is transfered to the first one by pendulum effect, so the first bb has more force, than the second one. ( I hope I got it right :P )

After shooting for a while i made it shoot well even with this aluminium cheap pipe. I guess if i use a better barrel the shoots should be lot accurate.. All the shoots were made by 40 m.

Come on jrrdw, with 6mm ball bearings, assuming thats a A4 paper at 40m is bloody impressive for a home made smooth bore IMO, I couldn't have done better myself.
Try a cheap crosman barrel, 5.5mm. You should get a nice grouping.

Any rules? I mean I have parts made by CNCs for a while now also some nice barrels, I can quite easily assemble a PCP...

I only got 4 balls, that i reuse..and i wasnt able to hold the gun steady during the shoots. Any how there was 39 m, not 40 .
I ordered a steel pipe that i hope to do better . After each round of shoots ..the grouping gets worse ....

Gets worse? You must be putting flat spots on the balls when they hit the wood. You can probably get the size you're shooting by the hundreds really cheap from Ebay or a local gun shop for reloading supplies. Ain't airsoft bb's 1.00 for 100? They're 6mm correct?

Those "steel bb's" like umarex aren't steel, it's simple iron that get a flat surface even at impact with a paper ( i destroyed lots of barrels till i figured this out) . But 6mm steel ball bearings doesnt deform not even with impact with a computer case.
probably the aluminium pipe gets used after each shoot... i did had 1 pipe that could hit the same hole as you asked ( only tested it to 25 m) but i destroyed with those umarex reused bb's...
