We haven't fully tested it yet but have been running it at 300psi with an electro-pneumatic trigger system, allowing us to connect a laser range finder into our firing solution for variable velocity operation. It is a 40mm with 4.75" case-less ammo. Designed to launch a number of the latest types of ammunition such as GPS, Electro-shock, infrared, aersol, etc. as well as tranquilizer, shark repellent and other safety rounds. We have tested this valve and trigger core up to 800psi on other launchers. Currently a 3-4 round magazine. Could be modified to be fed from a hopper in the same way a paintball gun is.

A laser sight on a marshmallow gun is a total waste of time. Trust me on that one. The aerodynamics of a marshmallow in flight leaves a lot to be desired. Odds of hitting a gallon milk jug at 30 feet is about nil.

Should add a heating element to the barrel, they would come out toasted.

The laser is part of an infrared range finder. It calculates distance on range and angle then our launching controller reads that info and adjusts the velocity of the shot automatically. It fires the 1.5" Petco tennis balls good too but is designed for finned or rifled rounds. It can however fire marshmallows or even twinkies.

The air is on a single point sling which is the preferred carry method. The plan was to electrify the barrel or mount a taser baton in place of a bayonet. Toasted twinkies sounds ok too.
