Barrel: 9 feet of 2 inch "L" copper, muzzle loaded with camlock quick connects
Valve: 2 inch ASCO explosion proof solenoid modified to actuate via a 3/4 inch 120 VAC explosion proof ASCO solenoid
Trigger: Single pole AC switch on the neutral leg
Pilot Volume: not sure but small

There is something oddly pleasing about being able to hold, if even only slightly, and aim your cannon. Very nice! :D

Great first post! A healthy sized, well thought out cannon. Good job.

That's a lot of copper! I wonder how much that cannon is worth in copper alone xD

Not sure. The copper was acquired at a lost freight auction. I picked up 60 feet (5 lengths) for $20. The valves and most fittings were either salvaged from plant retrofits or left over from other jobs. If I was going to guess the copper, fittings, and ASCO explosion proofs would probably run you at least 2K to purchase all new.

I guess that asks an interesting question;
What is the most expensive 'home' cannon on this site? ('home' excludes the likes of VERA...)
