Assuming you're using all PVC to build your cannon, wire everything inline except the LED, it will need a separate ground from the battery, that creates the circuit for the LED. The LED will also need to be able to handle the voltage your working with. You can google what ever voltage LED and normally you can now get them all ready set up for the voltage you're working with.

Battery positive to the off terminal of the toggle switch>Attach positive of LED and one lead of push button switch to the on terminal of toggle switch>Attach the other lead of the push button switch to the positive of the solenoid then the ground of the solenoid to the ground of the battery to complete the circuit. The push button switch isolates the solenoid switch from the LED side of the circuit from triggering the solenoid when you switch the toggle switch on.
