Here's my first gun in progress. I researched for a while and finally decided on two things. First, I decided to make a chamber sealing piston, and second, I decided to go big. It has 2 4'x4" chambers and a 12'x2" barrel. I'm welcome to any sugestions since most of it is still slip fitted while I'm working on the valve assembly.

SWEET gun.But mayeb the barrel could go for some suport from the chamber.Whats the C:B ratios?It looks like the barrel might be to long.But nice cannon,very nice.

wow frekin nice gun, i like the unique design/layout of the gun.hope the valve works for you,what parts are slip-fitted?i can see most parts are already glued and primed.

I haven't glued on the chambers or the barrel yet and I'm planning on making a stand for the gun. I used the GGDT and it said the barrel should be plenty fine how long it is(hopefully).

The GGDT was giveing varying velocities depending on the projectile. Anywhere from 750 to 350 fps. The farthest it was simulating was about half a mile.

Half a mile, 750fps, damn nice first pneumatic my first was a coke bottle lol.

You're right, it's mostly going to be piston.

Thats a bloody nice first cannon, you should seriously put some barrel support on it though.

I think thats the job of that hightech box Its the barrel support.Cant wait to see some damage pics from this gun,i hope there will be some.

I search wiki on chamber sealing valves. no luck.

It's the same principle but instead of the piston sealing off the barrel, it seals off the chamber. Then you have a small equilization hole in the piston and a 1-way valve to leak air into the chamber.
