This is my mini pneumatic i made today from spare parts laying around. The barrel is a bic-pen tube inside 3/8" air hose with a 1/2" sleave for aim. The chamber is all brass and steel with a schrader and a female QC. The valve is a 1/4" ball valve.

Edit: Just shot it at 250 PSI with a 6mm steel BB. It went through 2 layers of double wall cardboard!

For a spare part gun, it 's nice. But awfull performance man. 250 psi, 6 mm steel ammo, and only two pieces of carboard ? At that pressure it should at least go through 1" plywood, dont you think ? But of course, it is made with a ball valve.

Anyway, nice afternoon project.

WHAT! 1" ply? A real pelllet gun at 1200 FPS can't even do that. The 2 layers of cardboard is quite a but for this gin with a 5.5" barrel.

hmm, I shoot a 25 mm and a 16 mm marble trough such a board at 100 psi. You use 250 ...

That marble has much more mass and there for much more inertia. That is why it penitrated.

I like it. It would be fun just to play with but a pain to pump up. Your guns perfomance seams fine to me because you using a fitting for the chamber.
