here in aus, it is illegal for Anyone to purchase, be in control or have acces to a stun gun. only people allowed to have in their possession a stun gun is police. thats final. lol, they arent allowed over here.
Not so true,it is indeed illegal to own a stungun, but it is not illegal to own a high voltage circuit board.Which is all you buy from BCARMS if I remember correct.Stun gun without a case=high voltage circuit board and nothing more.
Very true, they're just as illegal here in NZ, but BCARMS' stungun circuit got through border customs fine. I think he labled it as a part for a TV or something IIRC.
Can you buy a photoflash in NZ (or AUS)? Exact same thing. It's just a high voltage power supply. Get it out of the "stungun" case and the circuitry is going to be legal everywhere in the world.

Since it's a stronger spark than most BBQ igniters, won't it burn the fuel more efficiently and result in more power?
That's how pulsar spark plugs are supposed to heighten performance anyway. Confused
Spark size and energy is basically irrelevant to the power of a combustion spudgun as long as there is enough energy to ignite the fuel.

Pulsar spark plugs don't actually work any better than standard spark plugs, contrary to what the maker claims. They are bogus. Look, if they actually did work then car makers would be using them. If a car maker could boost their fleet CAFE rating by 1 MPG by using a slightly more expensive spark plug they would. That 1 MPG increase would be worth a ton of money to the car maker, much more than the piddly little cost of the "Pulsar" plugs.

Here's a little rule of thumb, "Any and all aftermarket modifications to a new car engine that the maker claims will boost the mileage are bogus." There are no exceptions to this rule. Changing the plugs, or coil, or RAM, or injecting water, or adding a hydrolysis rig, or ... don't do anything. They are all cons.
