I was thinking about a design...
I don't think anyone made it, and I haven't drawn any design yet, it's in my brains. But let me explain...

A pneumatic ram, clamping the disc from both under and above with free rotational motion. One side of the "barrel" would be something rubbery, the other side would be "friction-free" (set of roller bearing, or polished metal / ceramic)
When the air from the chamber is released through a fast valve, it pushes the ram structure forward, accelerating the disc in both angular and axial fashion. When the disc reaches the barrel's end the forward part of the piston wich clamps the disc is opened via the use of smooth ramps going up for the upper part, and down for the lower part. the disc is thus released as a normal projectile from a spudgun would be.
Basicly, it uses the design of silent cartridges (the one with a piston being enclosed in the case, pushing the bullet) and the rotation being induced by the moving disc.

EDIT :
Something like this (side view, showing neither rubber side nor slippery side)

Epoxy and Plastic or Metal sheet ? Make a Hollow Rectangle the internal size of a CD with a fitting on the top and a spacer to stop the disc covering the exhaust.

Unless you fire at very low velocities, that looks like it will destroy itself pretty quickly...

design sometime thing like a claybird thing, like people use for skeet shooting

I wouldn't be too sure about that. Some sort of damping for the piston at the end of its travel down the primary barrel could potentialy reduce wear of the pieces.I'm thinking threaded rod + washers and o-rings, going through a steel cap, and on the inside of the cap, a series of increasing density foams and rubber / or spring. The aerodynamic shape of a frisbee disc that could be made from extruded polystyrène with slots for added weight wouldn't require high speeds to fly far due to its design.
Don't know, seems to me like it could work...
