I'm new here and this is my first post.
First, I apologize for my English is basic ... Despite this, I wanted to share with you this project.

This is my rifle built self-combustion. I leave some photos with references and a basic diagram. Soon I'll upload the corresponding video to Youtube, to see it in action!
It is made of aluminum, carbon fiber and wood. Everything was made at home, and is of very low economic cost. It is very efficient, because it has a powerful neodymium magnet that holds the imprisoned ammunition in the charging system, (shoot steel balls 3/16 "- 4.76 mm), making the deflagration pressure increase.
I do not have chronograph, so not exactly the output speed of the ammunition, but for example, easily pierces plywood about 10 meters. Enough so that I can play for a while!

There are probably similar weapons combustion running, but I could not find videos to watch and get ideas to improve my weapon.
Like everything in the world, it is possible to improve and perfect. Any idea about it will be greatly appreciated by me.

Description:

The manual pump which provides the air, while the combustion chamber of the gun.
When the plunger is fully moved from "B" to the position "A", the piston expels the burned gases out of the gun through the canyon.
At the same time, it draws air from the atmosphere through the ball valve "1", the "B" side.
When the piston moves from "A" to "B", the air in the left side of the piston ( "B"), is transferred by the action of this, (the plunger), through the ball valve "2", to the "a" side of the camera.
As air flows with speed "3", (due to the pressure produced by pulling the piston rod), where a spray of ethanol fuel using the system is housed, alcohol is pulverized and enters the next "A "camera mixed with air.
The right amount of alcohol needed to achieve air mixture - methanol, stoichiometric, is regulated by the regulator valve needle (needle carburetor engine model airplane glow).

Alcohol stays in the tank "5", which is connected to "4". This connection pressurizes the fuel tank to facilitate extraction of alcohol, when the piston moves toward the side "B".

Description:

The piece "2" can move to the position "A" and "B". The rest position is always to the side "B".
When it moves to "A", a spring (not drawn in the diagram), is maintained compressed, causing when released this piece (2), return to its rest position.
In the diagram position 1, the part "2" is positioned in the "A" side.
Charger passes ammunition into the chamber, gravity, and it is absorbed by the neodymium magnet "1", It is fixed there. The needle "3", obstructs the charger to avoid entering two ammunition into the chamber and the system locks.
In the diagram position 2, the system is at rest. The chamber is closed and release the needle "3"charger, they drop ammunition left in position for the next recharge.
"5" is the cannon shot 3/16 "- 4.76 mm ammunition are steel..

Summarizing:

When the piston rod is pushed from "B" to "A", the burned waste gases are swept and charged air for the next shot.
When the piston rod "A" to "B" is pulled, the mixture is loaded (0x), and ammunition is loaded into the chamber charging system "6".
The loading process air, fuel and ammunition, is a two-step: Push and pull the rod, and thus, the gun is ready to fire.
This system of my rifle combustion, can be converted into semi-automatic, it is a future project in which work, adapting an electrical system used in replicas of airsoft, well known, the drive rod, just as that is used to compress and release the spring such weapons.

I hope to make myself understood best, because my English is very basic. If not, I'll try again.
Regards!! :D

This is a basic video performance of this little weapon. At this present time, it works qunque must solve several problems.
After three or four consecutive shots, the rifle becomes too hot, (the combustion chamber), and the igniter refuses to work :?
Similarly, the O-Ring plunger fails because "brakes" on its way, until the weapon cools a bit. Problematic prototypes.
