Bug spray???
Well I tried my gun today....But it didn't work.....spark gap was too wide...So i'll fix that up.....
But I used bug spray as a fuel....And while it didn't ignite.....I thought it would be a good fuel....Has anyone tried it???
How long of a burst should I do for it?? 3 seconds??

yea. i have used bug spray before. if it says it is flammable it will work 8) and about the 3 second spray. you will not need that unless you have an enormous chamber. i think like1-1.5 seconds would be good for most

Don't use bug spray. There's something in it (I forget what its called) and it eats away and weakens your chamber. Don't use it.

oh really. i did not know that i learn somehting every day.
So I don't have to worry about it breaking down?? I'm only wondering because I can still smell it a little even after I washed it out.....
But the bug spray was probably only bottled up in the chamber for about 2 minutes.....If that........

Yea I've also heard that it can eat at your chamber. Shouldn't be a problem for that small amount of time though.

Yeah, the chemicals in bug spray also eat away at the cement used to hold the peices together. So not only would u eventually have to worry about a failing chamber, but also the fittings coming loose. THis is after constant use of it though. One time is nothing to worry about. Good luck with your propane meter.
