Although I was brought up with english, it's still fascinating all the possibilities it has, it's also one of the least literal languages, which I derive a lot of fun from.

Innuendo is near impossible in Latin (the dead one) without already knowing english.

Anyway hybridwise, I don't think I've commented here, so many props to Larda if he sees this. Otherwise everything I'd say has been said.

Completely and utterly amazed by this hybrid. Very nice work. Machining, everything. Great Job.

It does looks great, great performance and impressiveness, but I thought it uses a burst disc right :? ? If that´s the case I don´t think it´s innovative, BUT impressive for sure!

I saw that 190 mix, yes it´s impressive but there isn´t technical innovations, just material  sorry I REALLY DON´T want to offend anybody

Innovations present in HyGaC20:

1. New holder capable of using brass plates as rupture diaphragms (and capable of sealing them perfectly, and without a consumable sealing face).
2. Design of a "sparkplug" capable of holding a fine wire such that it ignites almost the entire chamber volume at once when heated with a low voltage source, and which can seal against ~20kpsi... repeatedly.
3. Sealing fuel lines with high pressure, steel-steel sealing face needle valves, owing to the discovery that no exposed, traditional sealing face material could survive the firing process more than a few times.
4. Design of saboted darts which can survive 20kpsi base pressure.

*note that these aren't world firsts but they are, so far as I can tell, Spudfiles firsts

It may not have a fancy new type of valve, but this hobby isn't all valves and auto-loaders. HyGaC20 is one of the most innovative launchers ever posted here.
Spudfiles' resident expert on all things that sail through the air at improbable speeds, trailing an incandescent wake of ionized air, dissociated polymers and metal oxides.
