Thanks for the feedback, i saw the video and what i try to do with the fluffy material is kind of the steel wool in the silencers, what i am worried with using the baffles is the bb striking them, of course the silencer wont blow up in my face but that deviation could lead to the bb tumbiling arround and not even exiting the barrel.
I will mess around with the baffles and come up with a design that provides me good accuracy. Definetley building and testing the soda bottle disposable silencer on a ballon pea shooter.
A Non detachable silencer from a bbmg wont count as a firearm suppresor right?

Well, to stop the sound from the BB's hitting the chamber, one less sound source. Not inventing padded BB's

Couple of tips, though.
Your vortex block needs to be as smooth as possible, so if its wood you will need to sand it down VERY fine. An easier way is to line it with PVC pipe, or an aluminum coke can.
You say it will be an AEG? An AEG stands for "Airsoft Electric Gun".
Be very careful when using BBMG's for airsoft. The pressure needs to be regulated low enough that it will not hurt anyone. What JSR refers to as the "jackhammer effect" must controlled, if you are going to play.
Thanks!!!
I think you got me wrong in the AEG part, it would be an electric gun if i used a portable battery powered compressor and used two cables for a trigger.
So the higher the pressure, the higher the power, etc.
Any ideas for cheap regulators? Could the blowgun kinda act like one if i don't press it too hard?
