Finally got into the workshop for a bit, first test fire of BFG #7, had to mod the main valve as I didn't realize it needed pilot air from the P port and I'm back feeding it through an exhaust port , and I need a decent compressor. You can hear the 10mm ball bearing bounce off the steel plate after it went through the foam and bounced off the wooden box
Even from the audio, the ringing of the steel plate hurts my ears. And 200 psi per shot, regenerating in less than a second?? And all those wires and hoses and gadgety stuff... I thought hybrids were complicated! Congrats on a successful first fire! Now you just need to make it fully automatic. Bttttttttttttttttttting

I went a bit crazy with this part, but aluminium is so nice to work, the balls will sit in the slot and be fed into the barrel opening by a spring loaded arm and a pusher which will follow the radius of the slot, the solid plate covers the bottom of the slot and the keyhole plate will be on top (hole is for loading), well that's how it works in my head.
The final pneumatic circuit, the flow restrictor adjusts cycle time by delaying the opening of the pilot valve which closes the main valve, all the pilot lines are 4mm OD.
The barrel is connected to the P port mainly because the A B ports are offset and I wanted to keep the barrel on the center line as everything was a tight fit between the side plates.
And then I discover that the valve needs internal pilot pressure from the P port to close, so had to block the internal port and add external pilot to the end cap
