Sorry about the rough drawing, it was quick.
Basically in the first picture (upper one), the "exhaust valve" covers the large hole in the pipe.-Note, the pipe has a covering on the end facing the body of the gun-. When the blowgun releases the air from an air source, the "exhaust valve" moves foward exposing the large hole in the pipe for the air to rush in and propel the projectile. When the blowgun is released, the spring pushes the "exhaust valve" back into position 1, covering the pipe.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
