Unfortunately managing the store is taking up all of my time, I can't touch the lathe and mill when the store is open and since it's part of a mall, I have limited access when the store is closed, which I usually use for customer repairs and shop maintenance. This is the arrangement I have to live with for the time being, I need ribs and beer and my truck needs fuel :)

Well apparently the Portuguese airsoft forum has some users of "advanced stupidity" and a bunch of intolerant a$$holes, the forum was like the Spanish inquisition and my post was treated like witchcraft.
Anyway, in general it is true that the air bottle made the majority look down of these systems. So I combined what I know about PCP air rifles with my air blowback system.
Based on a G&G m4 raider, the close bolt offers lower air consumption and the usage of aeg hop up is very handy. So I removed the original outer and inner barrel, the reservoir made the new outer barrel and a 6.01 tight bore is sealed through it with floating o-rings meaning I can change the barrel when the reservoir is empty. The reservoir consists of a SS tube, only charged to 800 psi via a standard PB bottle, then the pressure is regulated to 100 psi by the CP inline regulator hidden in the buffer tube. It doesn't last much but for a HPA powered sniper rifle the capacity of lasting for a low cap is enough for a single match in my opinion.

Despite of their forum, their fb page has a much nicer audience. But many consider that I ruined GBBs (for them the 30 round mag is cool and the bolt locks after the last round is fired)

I knew you would post this once I saw on YouTube.
Looks like they use co2, have you made a HPA adapter for it?

as i found a new, more suitable bronze head of fire exting. i'am thinking about a new air rifle 4,5 mm.
you had shoot as far as i remember 4.5 lead pellets from one of your guns... how they "perform" trough a smooth bore pipe, @30-40 m ? Will it be accurate ?

If the smooth barrel is 4.5mm as well, they will behave better than BBs. You should hit a can at 30-40

No need for an adapter, the filler has an ASA thread - so anything made for paintball will fit it.

Chronied it yesterday with 0.20g BBs, it's doing approx 420 fps with HPA and 470 fps with CO2.
