Hello guys, this is my first post and please excuse my english :)

This is one of many attempts at building a selfcontained semi-automatic pistol with an autonomy of at least 20 shots.
This pistol uses a double action trigger, when you pull the trigger it pushes the hammer back until it hits a "ramp/cam" which rotates the hammer until it slips off the triggerbar. The hammer is connected to the bolt who feeds BBs from a tubular 11-round magazine.
Unfortunately i dont have machining tools, therefore i cant really go up to high pressures. This pistol has a 67cc cylinder which i pump up to around 15 bar.(The maximum pressure that the hammer can actuate the valve)
My problem is now that i can shoot about 5 times, then the cylinder is already empty :/ any suggestions? Maybe i should use Green gas....

Let me know what you guys think!

Ah, you made it :) Welcome to the forum!

A lot more sophisticated design than I was expecting. I really like the double action trigger, very clever!

I suppose the biggest disadvantage though is that it is not easily adjustable, so for example you could be dumping a lot more air per shot than is necessary, reducing your shot count.

To be honest, 5 shots from a 67cc chamber at 15 bar is pretty good performance. For comparison with the "Caselboy" you mentioned on youtube, consider that it was an approx 215cc chamber at about 200 bar, regulated down to about 30 bar.

Green gas would be at lower pressure, so you would have significantly less power, however since it is a liquid under pressure you would have a lot more shots.
