Finished Vortex Block

Here's my finished vortex block. It's made out of 1/2" acrylic sheet and the shroud is 1/4" Sch 80 PVC sheet. It has a chip but that probably won't do too much. This is an inline vortex block like Neospud/Mr. Plow has on all of his BBMGs. The only bad thing about this is that it has to be mounted inside 2" pipe. I will have a vortex Uzi with a double mag quick reloading sytem (I'll be able fo fire while reloading) when this is done. The vortex is 3/4" for metal .177 caliber BBs and the barrel is .18 ID aluminum sleeved in a hunting arrow, which won't bend because it's fiberglass.
Sorry the pics are kind of blurry. In the first one it's really hard to see stuff.

I don't think it's inline. Good idea incororating the barrel itself into the block, the clear plexiglass adds a cool look.

It is inline, and it works the same only it's cleaner looking.

At a plastics store near me. http://www.tapplastics.com/shop/product.php?pid=334&
Supposedly $2 for a 4"x4" square but I got 2 4x4s for only $1 total. I'll draw a diagram of loading later.

EDIT: Here we are.
