i have seen the burnt latke one, and that picture. i just dont get them really. i think the air comes in from bottom and goes into the vortex hole takng bb's with it and they go out the barrel hole. is this correct?

Basically yah your rite there is a continuas air flow coming from the bottom of the block and then the bb's fall into the block from the top and then get spun in a vortex, hense the name Vortex Block, and the air can then only escape through the barrel and then the bb's fly out the barrel with the air Pretty simple and if your going to make one I suggest trying a cloud first because there simpeler, but if you got your heart set on a vortex block then don't screw it up because one little flaw can throw you all off PEACE and good luck :D

yes i have made a cloud before, i am gonna do my best, if i make one little mistake on the block, ill just make a new one. if i have to learn the hard way, then so be it.

don't be afraid of vortex block construction. I built a vortex block before i made a cloud. I just made sure to take my time and remember if you mess up the alignment of a hole(an air or bb hole), you can always just fill it up with more bondo and start from where you left off. My block works quite well and it has some slight imperfections.
