Holy Sh1t, this thing just about blew my thumb off and my eardrums. I threw this together in about 3 minutes with a tylenol bottle and long nosed lighter barrel because it fits AAA batteries perfectly. I put a battery in, squirted some axe in, put the cap on, held the cap on with my thumb, clicked the pieso, and Bang. It still blew the cap off, and my thumb almost went with it. It just about gave my friend and me a heart attack. He screamed like a little girl. My ears are still ringing. At least I was smart enough to do this outside, my friend wanted me to do it inside, but I was said, no way.

you held what in with your thumb? the barrel? thats to cool, you guys must be sitten back with a fatty nothin better to do but sceem! i know about friends screemin like little girls, i've made a few do that, 1 with a can of butane in a broken water valve cover (singed all the hair off the left side of his body), he was left handed, i'm still laughin bout that, another time with a ceramic cannon and 3 empty 12 gauge shells, i don't have that statue no more, ask your friend if he has a head ache, tell him you have some tylenol rite here in this little bottle, cool I GIVE YOU A 7 ON THIS ONE CAUSE U MADE YOUR FRIEND SCREEM

no, I held the cap on with my thumb because it is a pop on, not a screw on, i didnt have any empty bottles with screw on caps left

I just epoxied the barrel on, I wrapped electrical tape around it first to try and get it to stick a little better, I have been shooting it with some paper darts I made, and I taped 3 Q-tips together. It pretty much sucks, the Q-tips didnt even go as far as my Highlighter mini, that could be due to the Q-tips ripping apart and the tape holding them toghether a little to act as a parachute though. The paper darts only go as far as my smaller ones I use in my Highlighter. I haven't tried the battery again yet because I dont have enough room around here to shoot it in case it does have power to send it flying (the first shot with the battery I mentioned in the first post was at my friends house, he lives on a farm so there was plenty of space)
This thing is still loud, and I am afraid of it because I think I can feel it expanding some, but it might be my imagination. I hope it is
also there are some lines in the top near the lid, could those be stress cracks or would they form from the inside?

It does expand a bit, My mini water bottle gun expands when i fire.

i made one of these my cap did the same thing so i know what you mean just
ease it up on the axe and it shouldnt happen again.

i almost held on my cap but i m lucky i didn;t because it would have taken my thumb for sure. my friend and i got home from school one day and we threw together a mini and it was like -20 outside so we shot it out my backdoor. first time it worked but the second time we didnt get the cap on tight eniough and it shot all the wayt across my house and hit this chandelier thing just perfectly. It shatered that thig into zillion pieces. the glass on that thing was like a 1/4 inch thick. i got chewed out by my parents but it was all worth it. The next day they made me shoot it outside and this time the cap came off again and it went about 30 yards behind me luckily i didnt have my face right behind the cap or i would not have a nose anymore. My advice to you is to get something with a ton of threads on it such as a pill bottle.

P.S. buy a thing of tylenol take the tylenol out use the bottle as a chamber and save the tylenol for any future accidents.
