We have something called ACC here in NZ. Pretty much means you can't sue for personal injury. Instead, the government pays you out for whatever medical costs you need covered. So the worst trouble I could get in would be something stupid like "supplying a dangerous weapon". Though, as you said, if you're just selling to friends, it's a fairly safe business.

I still haven't figured out a way to make an attachment that is compact yet can fill the gun and then pilot it without too much hassle. Some sort of home-made 3-way valve is in order but I've been a bit lazy about trying to make one. I'm sure you must get sick of using an imprecise trigger like the schrader valve cap to depress the stem? The threaded attachment I've been using takes too long to thread on and off; which you have to do each time you fill and fire it.

i use a stick to push the stem, we need a magnetic attachement system, magnets on the gun and the firing cap.

Ok I have a few questions, I made the barrel that is 6 inchs long, and want to extend it to 12 inches, is there a way to do it without tearing out the existing barrel?
