Is there any way to rifle my potato gun

Well, Joel's groves are non-symetrical - triangle shaped, with one side coming up at an angel, and the other coming up verticaly - but they used to be retangular. (from looking at the picture) they seem to be about 1/5-1/4 of an inch wide, and maybe 1/3 of that deep. Joel uses 6 groves, but any number will work - so long as it's big enough. You could probably get by with 4, but with softer things they may fail. Really, it depends opon your paitience for shoving this rod down the barrel - as I said, this could take a while.

i just rifled the barrel of my pocketrocket cloneand i did it by flaring the ends of a copper tube and pulling it and twisting it through the barrel. it worked fine and now is more accurate.
