I any case I see very few cases where a vehicle in a paint ball match would be tactile advantage given they are often slow and have large blind spots....except for possible the cover the offer...even that is questionable since they tend to be "bullet magnets"....
Edit...I admit it would be pretty cool though...
There is no real match in scenario, it generally runs all day. And if you see no tactical advantages in tanks... Well you must only play speedball?
As someone who usually plays against the Black Hearts (except for the last PBC game,Shadow Group go to run with you guys). I have to say the warthog is one of the best tanks around. In sheer design the Nemonicar(I hope that's right?) has it beat. Truth of the matter is the warthog has always been better crewed.
Jared, until you've ran with these guys and see how good they are at what they do, I don't think you can understand.
Tanks have found an integral part in pushing too and holding objectives. Considering every MPP game I've been too ( and its been quite a few!) have layed down missions to hold objectives. The tankers are the greatest guys to have around. A well placed tank can be a big pain in the butt. Much more than any player could ever be. I rarely have to worry about feigning retreats and advanced flanking when going against the average player. On the contrary EVERY tank I've shot out has required at least a moments worth of planning the attack.
But hey that's how it is when you go against tankers. It's a game of chess.
You're the knight and they're the Queen. They can best you in firepower, but the tank hunter has to rely on whits and the opportunity to make that all critical strike.
