so say i had 3.5mm wall thickness airline for my pilot (which i do) would it be any less safer than:
PVC coaxials up to 3/4" calibre using 40mm pipe (3.5mm wall thickness) as a chamber and used them up to 400 psi...
??
Edit the OD of the airline is 12mm

Twitch are you talking about an open scope? like the old school scopes on WW1 .303's? You can order them from winchester?
You could also make one outa aluminiuem window track with a small block guide at the end of your muzzel to ceter it!
