With some spare parts I discovered a way to make a great threaded schrader.

MATERIALS:
Metal 3/4" to 1/4" reducer
Metal 3/4" nipple (short piece that is all threads)
Rubber schrader (like the ones that come in two packs at walmart)

Put the schrader valve inside of the reducer then screw in the nipple. The other end of the nipple can be screwed into whatever you want... soda bottles, PVC, your wife/girlfriend, a cat... whatever tickles your fancy... oh they work great, just took my pneumatic up to 120 today with one.

ekhm...so in other words you want to screw your girlfriend with a shreader? ohh that's somethng new

now seriously - what you decribed has been done many times - but hey it's good that you described it here

my 0.2 cents
sometimes you can find rare fittings if you dissemble broken (leaking) valves or other equipment.... thanks to this I have a 3/8" - 1 3/4" reduction (plus several other rare sizes) as well as several sizes of compression fittings

I use a cap from a compression fitting on 1/4" pipe to hold the schrader.
Edit:
Like this one:

The edge of the schrader is squeezed between the cap and the fitting.
