Depends on your location, mostly the big citys you problem areas. BCarms is based in Ca. so he should have a good feel for where you will have problems. His ID is BC Pneumatics....send him a quick PM.

i live in CA. remember it's only illigal if you get caught. :lol:

on a more serious note, check your local laws, i dont think they are banned in the state, only in certain areas.

There are areas in California where fireworks are banned. If you're worried about obeying the law and live in that state, you might either want to move out or give up :P

where i live fierworks are banned.........

AND i live next to a cop. and i havent even gotten a warning......

as long as you dont do anything stupid or hurt anybody, the worst you will get is a warning......

as always, use common sense. and check the laws, just to be safe.

I might come from the country of loop holes and dump laws but i have found there is always some way to be able to do pretty much anything legally. Hunting for example needs a license in switzerland BUT if there is some kind of vermine of you own property then you can kill it all you like any way. There is always an exeption for any rule!
