As pointed out before, what you're trying to do is not exactly new or innovative in spite of your insistence, and the fact that you're merely presenting a concept without even a diagram of what you're trying to do is not exactly the way to get support. edit: id say most of us are trying to make less complicated and cheaper ammo and that's why not many have replied or maybe the thread only being a few hours old.

I have a diagram, its right next to me. Its just I cannot replicate it onto the computer, I do not have the skill.

I think you misunderstood, we weren't attacking your grammar just offering advice on how to get more useful replies. I know for one I didn't bother reading your original post because it was a massive block of text.
I don't feel as if I should be sharing this with all of you anymore.
What are we going to do, steal your design and patent it? A forum is a place for sharing.
