Actually, it's a CO2 reg if I'm not mistaken.

Nah, considering that the bottle says "gas" on it, I suspect that it's for propane.
Also; it has double ball valves.
Anyway, it's a poor way af doing something; using the needle valve that comes with the torch. Cheap, but not as good... It's not going to be much faster than using a syringe, an it's more expensive...
And the pop-off isn't needed... propane comes from the bottle at about 100 psi.

this is a propane meter!! and right now, i am using a WAY simpler design that works just as well.
co2 reg my ass

lol, that design is obsolete now cuz i found a source for a REAL low pressure regulator now, but expensive as hell.
if anyone has a way to make a co2 reg, i'm all ears. other than spudshots how-to, or using a palmer pressure stabilizer, out of cpvc/copper/galvinized steel.
