Could not connect to the database
the infamous line 53
at precisely 11:37 PST, spudfiles was officially broken, every link i clicked that pertained to the site, i got that message saying i couldn't do anything because of something to do with line 53 (i'm assuming too many users online)

I didn't even get that -- I briefly could not load any page from the spudfiles.com domain.
I suspect it was just a quick spurt of downtime for the hosting server; Maybe a service had to be bounced. Obviously, it's back.

PCGUY has discussed this before. Apprently someone is abusing their share of the server the site is hosted on or something. I wonder what it'll take to get it fixed once and for all.

Is there any way to figure out what other sites are run on the shared server?
It's hard to soar with eagles when you're working with turkeys.
