I have experienced a little problem every sofoten and whated to ask if i am the only one: Every so often when i click on a thread, either in the recent colum or in the forum its self i ge ta little box telling me that this thread does not exist. When i try again 5mins later it works just fine. Does any one else have something similar?

It will probably be when I delete a post. The threads' URL changes depending on if someone posts in it. If I delete that post, the URL is void. 5 minutes later it probably changes back again, i'm not sure.

so you delete a post in every second thread?

What type of internet connection do you have John? Is it dail-up, DSL, broadband, FIOS? Are you directly connected to the internet hook up via a hard wire or wireless? Do you have a network set up in your home/where you access the internet at?

The screen goes black and there is red text, and a white scrolling text box? If it is that then I feel your pain. Sometimes I can't even get onto spudfiles for A WHOLE DAY! I know I'm addicted.

i have had both those before.
that red text things is a real pain, but this is still the normal style page, but with the words 'sorry but the topic you are looking for does not exist'
im addicted too, i love spudfiles.

It's WAN= Wide Area Network. You could be experancing interferance that could be messing with your signal. The next time it happens get a screen shot of the webpage you get, then post it up or send it to me through PM.

yesterday i couldnt get on here at all, for the whole day

White screen black text blue link? If you click the blue link it comes to this. If you click the grey HOME link it goes back to the white screen black text blue link page . IT won't even let you email ''me''?! Is this a joke?

I've seen both before but never random like your getting John. Could be fragments of file pages just popping up here and there, I don't know.
