I think you're misunderstanding the point behind it. It's far from an attempt to keep things secret.

Not that I condone tiny text. While Size 9 is one thing to help break something away as an aside, any smaller is usually ridiculous.

In the case of Jsr I think that unless a tactical joke is being made Small text is not hard to read. Unless of course you are talking about that ultra small text. Why was that even put into the message posting window?

But small font can be functional!
Sometimes, when you want to make an off-topic joke, the use of small font allows you to implement the joke in your post, while still providing the on-topic readers with an understandable and clear post, allowing them to skip the useless parts.

Yes, it takes time to magnify and read the joke, but it saves time for the people who are only interested and in the subject and read the post for valuable information, not for jokes.

Especially the insider jokes people won't understand anyway SHOULD be small.

Once again, extra steps to read a post, did you even read/understand my 1st post and why I stated about the small font?

All right J, chill pill time. The small text joke is a long-running joke used by those who are generally smart about it. We're not gonna stop doing it just because you hate taking 3 more seconds to read it.

Sure, it's an extra step, but it's for dramatic effect and is normally far worth it. Hold Ctrl and scroll your mouse wheel. Not hard.

So sgort87 are you volunteering to check all small font for content?

I've had to edit a bunch out since being a mod due to rule violation discussion.

Don't get me wrong I know a lot of it is for fun but due to the fact some members try and sneak things in that way it needs to be checked.
