So it's just a pipe that uses a bolt action mechanism to load up bottle rockets?
There is no actual "cannon" part involved (no chamber, valve, anything such as that?).
If you can say "Correct" to both of those, then yes it can be posted in Non-Spudgun Related.

Oh i thought you where going to light it, load it it then shot it out the barrel with a spud gun. My bad. Sorry I sould read better
