This spudfiles has been updated it always says "No New Messages" even there is new messages. Whats the problem? It makes it alot easier to read the forum when it works. Your site is still the easiest to browse and is user freindly I love spudfiles.

I know of the problem (not everyone has it), however I think I found a fix. For those of you that are having the problem, I would like you to do this.

Go into your browser options, clear all temp Internet files and cookies. Then, close your browser.

Now reopen your browser and come here. You should have to re-login and such.

Now wait around a day or so and see if new messages come up.

(I changed the forums cookie settings, but they don't take any effect untill someone clears their cookies and gets new cookies from here).

What do you mean, turn on cookies again?

If you have cookies disabled in your browser then there is no way to be able to see new topics.

If you dont want to mess with cookies and such, just get firefox, its better than IE, and its safer too, no more popups.

Firefox is good, but it this "new topic 'trick'" wouldn't work at all without cookies. FF does not, to my knolage replace old cookies, and as such, occasionaly you will have to fiddle with your cookies.
