WHAT?!? homedepot has QEV's? never seen them.

you can get them off of mcmaster, just look up pahe 941, or search "quick-exhaust" and it will give you a list of matches, one of which is a QEV.
There are rules, and then there are hundred dollar bills.

As previously stated QEV's [Quick Exhaust Valve] are available through McMaster. For the use in pneumatic launcher your going to need 3 ports, a inlet, outlet, and exhaust. With that the only version of QEV offered on McMaster that will work is the 'right angle configuration' as it provides the 3 required ports. The 3/4" QEV on McMaster is fairly priced, although if you feel like it you can shop around on auction, and surplus sites for better prices. Keep in mind the shipping rates, McMaster has a reasonable shipping charge of 6$.

Because of the layout of McMaster you cannot link to specific pages, instead you manually enter product numbers. So here is the proper information.

3/4" NPT QEV - 6646K23 - $20.10

May I ask, is there any particular reason why you are looking to purchase a QEV specifically? As once combined with shipping your going to be spending ~$26 when you could purchase a ~12$ sprinkler valve from a irrigation supplier, and have reasonable performance. Although the general consensus is that a 3/4" QEV can out preform with a 1" sprinkler valve. If you are to factor cost with performance you may find that a 1" sprinkler is both viable, and is capable of suiting your intent.
