How do you reduce battery voltage?

According to Wikipedia, .005 amps is the most current a human can take without danger to themselves. Like I said, tazers run at around .002 amps. Just remember, volts don't kill, amps do. If you're running anything that creates more than .005 amps, it's dangerous.
