My bike pump has a perfectly accurate pressure guage, the only problem is that it pumps in too much air at once. Let's say I'm at 43 psi. If I pumped once, it would go to around 47 or 48 psi, so the fuel wouldn't ignite.
I also don't understand why you have another ball valve in front of the schrader valve. Seems pointless.

Ha! Another reason to use a shock pump! Mine is female threaded, so it screws onto a schrader valve, and no pressure is lost.
Well, I probably wouldn't have added the extra ball valve anyways, I'd probably just hope it worked anyway. :D

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking about doing, because my shock pump got really hot from all the pumping when I shot about 20 times in less than an hour.

ok kool, what pressure should i use for 4x and what material for burst disk? just to check.........oh and btw ive redone the meter and the new volume is 40ml....better?

Hmm, I haven't tried milk jugs. What mix do they burst at? Would they burst at 3x? I've only been using soda cans so far. Haven't stepped up to a double layer of soda cans, but a 4x should should burst that. Would one of you guys with remote ignition try that for me?
