I see sparks in mine, they are from the contacts in the motor brushes. No need to be scared.

That happens on some drills when its not in gear properly. Halfway between neutral and foward or neutral and reverse

It are just the brushes yes, nothing too worry about unless it starts smoking and smelling.

But many tools may spark.

This is also a good example why a BRUSHLESS motor should be used for a chamber fan.
Brushed motors spark sometimes.

Sounds like the camounacater needs cleaned, they get carbon build up from the arcing. You can still get new brushs for them, but i strongly sagest cleaning the camounacater, even if you don't get new brushs.

...and the word of the week is:
camounacater

Mine doesn't spark but small sparks inside electrical motors aren't uncommon.

I don't think camounacter is an actual word, but i believe you are referring to the commutator....

The commutator is what what the brushes make contact with, so just pull her apart, making sure you know how it goes back together lol. Then find the commutator and clean her.

On my dremmel the armature (turning part) was inside the ring of magnets, it was easy to take apart and put back together.

You should quickly resolve the problem, or the sparks will pit the metal commutator, creating friction and bumps, resulting in more sparks.

You might want to be careful if you're solvent welding and then using that tool... fuel vapors... :D
