This is what I've been doing over the weekend! It was raining and ugly, so I stayed inside and made this:

A mini-board! It's almost 20" long, made from 3/8" solid ABS sheet. This shot only really shows the grip tape and red paint.

The tail's a bit high, the wheels aren't very red or clear in the picture, but who cares. <br />You can also see the 1/2&amp;quot; risers I put on.

The bottom of the board, painted with a couple coats of blue, then random black and red stripes. The ABS was very flexible so I made a transbeam from brass, felt, and oak.

that is pretty cool. can you ride it like a normal board? where did you get the ABS sheet?

Nice job, looks good. Did you bend the ABS sheet or cut and glue it for the angled part?

It's just like a normal board; just smaller. I can fit like 1 1/2 of my feet on it, but it's still fine. I got the ABS sheet from Tap Plastics. They're all over California, check their website.

I heated it and bent it.

About 3/4," if that counts! I started skating like a week and a half ago (don't worry, I'm not some lame ass punk rock skater kid) and my friends are sick of lending me their boards.
