I assume that you mean SDR 26, as I'm pretty sure that there is no such thing as schedule 26. If that is the case, it should be pressure rated, so you could use it on a pneumatic, as long as you're careful with it.

You could make a silencer for a air cannon if your worried that it wont hold high pressure.

I didn't know that SDR-26 was made in 1 1/2"! I've only heard of 2 1/2" SDR-26. Nice find! I'd look for common everyday objects that everybody uses, and test their fit in the pipe. Who knows? You might find the next perfect fit, like a golfball to 1 1/2" SDR-21!
