2" Piston Valve

Some of the screw holes aren't that close. And I just added a spring to the piston. And what back plug? There is the barrel port, and the chamber port.

since your piston fits in so loosely, when it slides open, lots of air from the chamber can escape out through the pilot, as opposed to down the barrel. the simple solution of course is just to make a better fitting piston.

by back plug i mean the bushing that you have screwed to the tee how are you going to seal that

Add a short length of 2" pipe inside the tee so you can use a 1 1/4" coupling for a piston.

Yeah, after I test it, I'll modify it a bit until it works well.
