Triggers/Valves

Hello, i was wondering if you can use one of those hose nozzles that looks like a gun handle as a valve, if its airtight, for a pneumatic? Also looking for other good ideas for triggers and valves. Thanks

I wouldn't trust garden hose fittings, you're much better off with a blowgun as they're made specifically for air.

Some people have succsessfully used a pressure washer handle at extreme pressures (900psi) Brian

Or a blowgun since they have the same action as a trigger.

But not as a main valve, since the flow is terrible (unless it's for a strafer)

They would be sold near the compressors. They usualy have red rubberized grips and are labled "copressor blowers/blowgun/air duster."

I've used hose fittings. They are usually good to 50psi.

I've used one of those hose spray types before.

The trigger facing the palm rocks the whole gun on firing and the seal is formed by a sealing face on a rod being pulled back. Where the rod exited the valve body and attached to the trigger lever on mine there were some leak issues.

Didn't use it above 100psi (due to leaking).

didnt that guy that made the ak47 look- a like use a handle from a hy pressure sprayer im sure those can hold highish pressures of air like maybe 200psi
