Im thinking of making a 3" coaxial, approx 3 feet long with 1.5" barrel. From the research ive done, i plan on having it be a barrel sealing piston/diaphragm, exhausted by a 1 inch modded sprinkler valve. My question about this is if i have the specifications listed, will i be loosing power/wasting it. or am i robbing myself of power?

No you would not need to ajust the chamber the longer the barrel the more power until the ratio gets around 0.2:1 at 100psi.
You rchamber is kinda large compared to your barrel.
You should do atleast a 4, 5 or more feet long barrel.
