piston question

i made A piston out of two milkjug capa a bolt a nut some 3/4" pvc and some rubber it will be a barrel sealing piston and i dont have all te fittings to complete it yet will it work inside 1.5" sch 40 pipe for a piston

but do you think it will work, is it to tight of a fit

it should work, but i had problems with the rubber sealing, i had enough pvc lying to make 2 barrel sealing valves. :D
