That'll be less than 5 ft/lbs, decent enough for shooting out to 25 yards or so and maybe enough to take small rodents and birds at 10 yards if you can get reliable headshots, but not good for much else.

Not worth it, for decent power from a springer you need a nice wide piston tube like the one on the Beeman R1 - fitting a stronger spring to your rifle will just make it maybe 1 ft/lb more powerful, but will greatly increase wear and tear and recoil making it impossible to shoot accurately.

I think you're better off practicing your shooting until you can accurately hit what you're aiming for. again if you're wanting it use it for pest control these tables will help:

If you are going to use it for live game, make sure you can reliably hit a half inch circle at your chosen range before you even attempt to shoot something with a heartbeat, even vermin deserve a quick and painless death and missing can cause unnecessary suffering. I'll stop there, as the rules on this forum about shooting living things are pretty clear.

Let's just say you don't want to get shot by it.
