if they were modded to accept a different pilot then it would not matter which way up it was and the double construction diaphragm would just mean a stronger one so maybe higher pressure...

still a good deal in my opinion.

Why not google the product numbers for specs??

First hit after googling the first number (8040G022):
http://www.precisionelectronics.net/pro ... .asp?ID=17

Description:
Asco 1/2" Normally Closed, 2 way Solenoid Valves. Aluminum Body, 120/60 Coil, Lightweight, low-cost for air service. Ideal for low pressure application. Air and vacuum valve.

LOW PRESSURE! :(
Forget it....

The spec sheet I posted shows both valves. Did not you see that?
Nope I did not see that :D

Anyways, 88 pages is quite large to seek throug to find the thing we need.
The sheet I posted was only 1 valve and clearly shows what pressure it goes up to. (5 psi :( ) and the opening time (it sais "less then one second", wich is slow!)

These look to be LP gas service valves and are rated for very low pressure applications....25 psi max........You should be looking for the Asco dust collector valve as I have picked up several on ebay cheap, and they do pack quite a wallop .
