Do you mean sell PVC to a recycling business?
It's hard to soar with eagles when you're working with turkeys.

Im not completely certain but i tihnk he meant putting it in his home recylcing bin and taking it out to the curb to be picked up.
Thats a good question, I just end up throwing out non-usable scraps.
What is meant is that PVC can be reused. If you use a PVC pipe in your house for some years, you can still use it for something else when you cut it off.
The PVC does not degrade much over years, and still can safely be used (for household appliances) after a long time.
