This is my smallest combustion gun. It is made from an old pill bottle, a pen tube, and the clicker from those lighters with the long neck. There is two screws in the sides of the chamber that produce the spark. I drilled a hole in the bottle and glued the pen tube to the pill bottle with epoxy. It cost about $5 and using Oust air sanitizer as a fuel it shoots a Q-tip about 50 feet. This is a good gun for shooting indoors. It is a little tricky to get a good mix cause it needs so little fuel but when you get it right once, its real easy to dublicate multiple times. I wrapped it in electrical tape so that I wouldnt get shocked by the clicker and the screws.

im making my first, well, anything that has to do with anything on this site and i was wondering if i could use wood glue insted of epoxy

wood glue wouldnt be nearly as strong as epoxy, most epoxy is rated at atleast 2000 psi

So wood glue wouldn't work, or it might but it is alot weaker than epoxy and Should i start over because i already made it with would glue, but i still need a grill lighter.

what did you glue? when i made mine i just wrapped the end of the pen tube with elecrical tape until it was snug with the ID of the pill bottle and i pulled the pen thru the hole in the bottom

I used wood glue on my first Pill Bottle Mini. It just flakes off the plastic. Epoxy or even Primer and PVC glue to melt the pen into the bottle would work.

im making a pill gun now but i cant get my stupid trigger to jump a spark with a wire, where do u connect the wire, i feel so stupid not knowing how to do this, do u need 2 wires to it , and if so where do they both go, or do u just conect one wire and jump it to a screw? its iritating me.

there should be a little metal piece on the bottom of your ignitor, tape a wire to it and put it on the other screw, thats your 2nd electrode connection

Don't know with you guys but i'm still having problem with the ignition i really can't figure out how to do it, isn't there one who can explain it to me bit for bit??? Plzzz...

with the ignition? do you mean getting the mix to ignite, or attatching the ignitor? if you're having trouble attatching 2 pieces of metal to screws this hobby isnt for you

i aint having trouble attaching two pieces of wire to two screws i am having trouble where to attach two wires to the piezo thing coz there ain't no wires on it????
