The barrel is actually to my old pirhana gti pb gun, so tight bore match.
Nothing is sealed entirely because I don't want a pressure buildup.
Gorillia glue is the toughest glue on the planet.

Okay I tried it out with one CO2. Poppage. Power is not a problem as long as I shoot in small bursts. Here's a pic that shows exactly where the barrel is inside the vortex block. The popping is happening where the beginning of the barrel starts. The paintballs can take the vortex easily-it's only the chambering of each shot. Any ideas to fix this? Should I just set the barrel closer to the vortex hole?
