Hey so the Barrels are screwed into the chamber.
And were hoping to improve mainly fire rate.. Its really un reliable
We bought a good sparker for 15$ but it still seams to only shoot when it wants too.

You're probably using too much fuel, a problem much harder to overcome with a smallish chamber like yours. Mutliple spark gaps and a fan can help with consistancy...assuming you get your fueling down pat.
You can come close to tripling your ammo performance with a (lot) longer barrel...4-5' or so.
Chamber fan and propane metering would do well on firing rate, performance and reliability/consistency.
